Exports

The terms and conditions appearing below are an integral part of this agreement between the customer and Superior Signals, hereinafter referred to as SSI.

Sales tax will be charged unless a property executed Certified of Resale is filled with SSI.
All sales are final and no merchandise may be returned unless a SSI employee furnishes a Return Authorization Number. If the return is approved, the customer shall pay the cost of the return and any fee imposed unless a SSI employee otherwise waives the charges.
Customer agrees to pay all invoices Net 30 Days from date of invoice. Invoices unpaid thiry-one days of invoice date will be considered past due and continuation of credit terms will be at the discretion of SSI.
In the event it becomes necessary for creditor to either bring suit employ a collection agency to aid in the recovery of any debt owed by the debtor, the creditor sahll be entitled to recover, in addition to the amount of debt due, all of its costs and attorney's fees.
Customer certifies that all information provided on the credit application is true. In return for such extension of credit, customer hereby agrees to all of the foregoing terms and conditions, intending to be legally bound hereby.
Products are sold ex works SSI warehouse. Purchaser agrees to pay freight and shipping, pursuant to SSI customer-specific freight policies.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are U.S. dollars.
*Credit cannot be granted without a signature acknowledging credit terms.

If exported, we, the customer, attest that these commodities, technology or software shall be exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. We understand that diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited
